The Executive Committee structures the divisions and games each season.

A league team shall consist of a minimum of 14 players. No Team may have more than 18 players

Non-players can choose to be associated with a league team if approved by the team manager. There is no limit of the number of non-players affiliated with a league team.

The 2011 Season will consist of a sliding scale matrix based upon team standings from 2010 season, ratings of top 10 players and the discretion of the Commissioner and the Executive Committee. There will be no set divisions for the 2011 season. Teams will be reshuffled after Canada Cup for the second half of the season. Team standings for play-offs will be established at the end of the regular season play.
